Corporate Moving — Relocations in Marseille back to normal after major fire
A major fire in Marseille on 8 July 2025 has affected parts of the city near Santa Fe’s local office and storage facilities. While the incident caused significant disruption in the immediate area, all Santa Fe employees and their families are safe, and our sites were not impacted.
Relocation services in and out of Marseille remain fully operational. No shipment delays are expected at this time, and local teams have confirmed that port access and main routes are open. Minor road diversions may remain in place while emergency services complete site checks.
Clients with employees relocating through Marseille should stay in close contact with their Santa Fe coordinator. We advise allowing some flexibility for collections and deliveries in the coming days, in case of temporary route changes near the affected zone.
