THINGS TO KNOW:
- You will receive an acknowledgement email on submission of your application. If you do not please contact the Funding Manager before the closing date of the funding round.
- There is no GST component in this donation
In order to complete this application you need to gather together a range of documents and information
These include
Your Charity number (CC????) Click here to look up your Charity Number
A copy of your most recent bank statements for each account held

A printed bank deposit slip or bank verified account details for the account to be credited

A copy of your most recent Annual Financial Statements which have Audited or Independently Reviewed
A current statement of Income and Expenditure (Profit and Loss)
A current statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet)

A copy of the Chairpersons Report from the last Annual General Meeting
Before beginning the application you need to be ready to attach ALL the documents (Preferred format is PDF)

You need to be prepared to either type direct or 'cut and paste' answers to questions relating to your organisations purpose and objectives, what services or programmes you provide and the programme or services you are applying for funding towards and a range of information about your finances and budget.
