2025 Annual Sustainability Report launch
We are pleased to announce the launch of our 2025 Annual Sustainability Report — a detailed account of measurable progress, long-term commitments and actions that are shaping the future of sustainable Global Mobility.
This year’s report reflects a decisive shift from planning to implementation. Across 38 countries, we have embedded Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) priorities into daily operations, expanded our emissions reporting, and acted on data rather than intent. The result is a sharper, more accountable sustainability strategy — one built on facts, outcomes, and a clear path forward.
Key progress and impact
In 2024, we reduced total emissions by 5% while improving the accuracy and completeness of our ESG data. For the first time, every Santa Fe office submitted a full dataset, enabling us to benchmark performance at site, team, and regional level. Our ESG Committee, now over 30 members strong, delivered 67 trackable goals covering areas such as air freight reduction, circular supply chains, mental health first aid, and fair pay.
We advanced Scope 3 transparency, modelling targeted carbon reduction strategies through the Watershed platform, and made progress toward our goal of transitioning all feasible sites to 100% renewable energy by 2027. Stronger governance was recognised with an EcoVadis Gold rating, placing Santa Fe in the 95th percentile for our sector.
Our focus on social sustainability continued to grow, with initiatives supporting wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and community impact. These efforts are active across all regions, ensuring our progress is both global in scope and local in execution.
Looking ahead
The next phase of our sustainability journey is about depth and delivery. Throughout 2025 and into 2026, we are:
- Transforming our supply chain with enhanced vendor assessments and partnerships aligned to science-based targets.
- Expanding Scope 3 data and delivering actionable client guidance.
- Continuing to model and reduce carbon across all services.
- Strengthening the role of ESG Committees in driving measurable outcomes at local level.
