🇦🇺 Australia introduces new employer-sponsored visa conditions that require employers to meet enhanced salary thresholds and mandatory reporting to ensure sponsored workers are paid at market rates. Effective date: 1 July 2025
🇮🇹 Italy launches an additional 10,000 work permits under the Decreto Flussi for non-seasonal employment in care, domestic work, and family services, with applications open until the quota is filled. Effective date: 5 July 2025
🇬🇧 The United Kingdom introduces wide-ranging changes under the Statement of changes to the Immigration Rules: HC 997, covering updates to Skilled Worker routes, student visa conditions, and new sponsor compliance requirements. Employers must review Certificates of Sponsorship, salary thresholds, and right-to-work processes. Effective date: 22 July 2025
