Industry Awards — Celebrating excellence in Global Mobility research
Santa Fe Relocation recently had the pleasure of hosting a special summer lunch in London to honour John Rason MA FCIPD, our Group Head of Consulting, who was presented with the 20th Anniversary Award for Outstanding Contribution to Research and Thought Leadership by Fiona Murchie, Managing Editor of Relocate Global.
This intimate gathering celebrated John’s relentless effort, dedication, and passion for advancing knowledge in the Global Mobility industry. His unwavering commitment to research and thought leadership has enabled Santa Fe to produce ground-breaking reports that have set new standards in our field.
Joined by his colleagues Julia Palmer, Alistair Hunt, Kevin O’Connor and contributing report author Dino Jangra from Crowe UK, the lunch was a testament to the power of teamwork and collaboration. It was filled with lively discussions, fresh ideas and a shared commitment to pushing the boundaries of Global Mobility practices.
The award recognises the comprehensive and influential research that John has led over the past decade, including the award-winning 2021-23 report series, as well as his visionary outlook for the future of our industry. John’s ability to distil complex Global Mobility challenges into actionable insights while maintaining a focus on the people at the heart of these practices makes his leadership so invaluable.
As Fiona Murchie presented the award, she underscored the importance of collaboration and knowledge-sharing in driving the industry forward. At Santa Fe, we are proud to have such a visionary leader in John, who continues to inspire us and our clients to strive for excellence.
