Santa Fe Relocation speaks at Institut Magellan round table on partner relations in International HR
Event — Santa Fe Relocation was pleased to be invited by the Institut Magellan to participate in a round table discussion with the 2025 promotion of MBA students in International HR Management, focusing on international mobility and people development.
Vincent de Graauw, Immigration Manager France, represented Santa Fe alongside Joëlle Muchada from Qualiens law firm, contributing to a panel on the theme of ‘partner relations.’ The session was moderated by José-Maria Aulotte and held in Paris, offering future Global Mobility and HR professionals a chance to explore the dynamics between corporates, legal firms, and relocation providers.
The discussion focused on how to build and manage effective working relationships in complex, evolving contexts. Key themes included:
- Strengthening customer relationships through transparency and mutual understanding
- Communicating clearly on technical and politically sensitive topics
- Anticipating corporate constraints and identifying future needs
- Collaborating on shared tools and digital monitoring platforms
- Clarifying roles and expectations between results-based versus duty-of-care frameworks
- Understanding the complementary responsibilities between HR, legal, and relocation partners
Vincent commented on the calibre of the discussion, highlighting the insightful questions and observations from the students.
