Santa Fe Relocation wins two awards at the 2025 Relocate Global & Think Global People Awards
We’re delighted to announce that Santa Fe Relocation has won two major awards at the 2025 Relocate Global & Think Global People Awards: Best Research Contribution or Book, and Destination Services Provider of the Year.
These awards recognise the scale, consistency, and impact of our work in Destination Services, as well as the originality and strategic value of our latest thought leadership publication: Taking Care of Global Mobility Professionals.
Best Research Contribution or Book
Our Taking Care of Global Mobility Professionals report, produced in partnership with Crowe UK and Expatise Academy, was awarded Best Research Contribution for its originality, relevance, and practical impact.
The project was driven by John Rason, whose leadership brought together cross-sector insight, direct input from Global Mobility professionals, and an evolving research model designed around real-world demands. Based on contributions from over 600 practitioners, the report introduces a maturity model to help teams assess their current function and plan meaningful change.
Unlike static industry surveys, the research evolved over eight months through collaborative workshops in Amsterdam and Brussels. The final framework is now used across client engagements in Europe and the US to support decision-making, workload planning, and team structure reviews.
The publication supports Global Mobility professionals with practical tools that translate complexity into action.

The Relocate Global & Think Global People Awards celebrate excellence and innovation in global mobility, international management, and relocation support. Entries are assessed for impact, originality, and relevance across the HR, mobility, and leadership communities.
