Corporate Immigration — Thailand’s new document requirements for non-BOI visa applications
The required documents list has changed for non-BOI visa applications at the One Stop Service Center (OSSC) and Changwattana Immigration Office.

Background
The immigration authority has circulated a new list of required documents for non-BOI visa applications submitted at the OSSC and Changwattana Immigration Office.
Impact
The immigration authority has requested an additional document of certified PND1 of the last three months for non-BOI visa application submitted at the OSSC. Previously, only one month of certified PND1 was required.
For the Changwattana Immigration Office, the authority has reduced the required documents for non-BOI visa applications. The company withholding tax return form (PND50), monthly social security and VAT return form (PP30) are no longer required.
