Wellbeing is a significant aspect of the duty of care of employees and enabling peak performance. Working internationally heightens the importance of having well-defined processes and tools to support this critical cadre. In this Webinar, we will explore the key findings from our Reshaping Global Mobility 04 Report ‘Taking care of global talent’.
We will be joined by Selina Jones-May, Senior Director—Global Benefits, Global Mobility and Wellness at Lumentum. Selina brings a wealth of experience of leading practices in this field. Melissa Dodd, MSOL, Director – Health, Equity & Wellbeing, WTW, Willis Towers Watson. We will share the leading practices and actions that Global Mobility teams, if not already considering, should be planning over the coming year. John Rason, Group Head of Consulting at Santa Fe, leads the discussion and will be joined by fellow Santa Fe research colleagues, Julia Palmer, COO Relocation & CHRO and Dominic Offer, ESG Manager.
Taking care of global talent – Webinar Thursday 23rd May at 3.00pm UK GMT, duration 45 mins.
The Taking care of global talent research in late 2023 included interviews with global organisations from multiple sectors, combined with a well-supported online survey. Many practices and tools are available in this space, together with some great initiatives. The real question however, is how connected are Global Mobility with local HR interventions and aware of wellbeing for their global talent pool? Is it just a question of employees self-managing their wellbeing with on-line tool, GM teams focusing only on relocating employees to their host location?
Who should own wellbeing for global talent? There are no ‘right, and wrong’ answers and this session is designed to be informative and thought provoking.
