John works with global organisations to transform their Global Mobility programs; focusing on aligning strategic objectives with operational delivery. John has been an FCIPD for 20 years and holds an MA in Managing Human Resources.

Karin Wiseman

Head of Relocation & Assignment Management Service, Americas

Karin has been in the mobility industry for over 25 years. She has a vast skill set encompassing relationship management, sales, and operations. Recognized as a strategic visionary and change agent, she joined Santa Fe in 2017 and quickly created added value to her engagements with clients and customers.
Karin holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Fairfield University in Connecticut. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of San Francisco in California. Karin has acquired Master Certifications in Project Management and Human Resource Management, as well as a Six Sigma – Green Belt Master Certification. She is PHR, CRP and GMS-T certified, and currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ.

Douglas Rogers

International Mobility & Domestic Relocation Manager for Michelin N.A., Inc

Doug is currently the International Mobility & Domestic Relocation Manager for Michelin N.A., Inc. He has been in this role 2&1/2 years and has been working for Michelin the last 20 years. He is a multilingual and has diverse experiences with the company. He was a Senior Buyer for Marketing and Communications, Motorsports and Advertising agencies; he was the Retail Materials marketing Manager for Michelin’s BFGoodrich brand for 4 years; he was with Michelin Travel Publications Prior to that coordinating production, printing and marketing of Michelin Mapping products and travel guides; before that he was with Michelin’s logistics department responsible for exporting tires to Holland, France, the Middle East and South America; He was in Two-wheel (Bicycle tires) before that and started his career with Michelin in their Customer Service department managing Sears & National Tire and Battery accounts. He’s well-traveled studying abroad in France a year of college; he’s an ardent foodie, photographer, and grower of Bonsai trees in his spare time.

Erik Mathys

Group Compensation & Benefits International Mobility and Executive Pay Manager, Etex NV

Erik Mathys has a proven track-record in Compensation & Benefits and more specific in the field of International Mobility. He has a Master in Economics with a specialization in Tax Law. He started his career in consulting working for 8 years in Human Capital and Global Employer Services at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. Before joining Etex Erik worked for 5 years as Compensation & Benefits and Expatriation Manager for the Benelux region at Saint-Gobain – a French multinational company. In 2013 Erik joined Etex, a Belgian headquartered company working in building materials. At Etex Erik leads the Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility and Senior Management topics on a global level. In this role he provides support to and coordinates with the local HR Competence Centers, HR departments worldwide and Managing Directors of home and host countries to build and strengthen the relevant competences and have the Etex policies worked out and applied.

Suzanne Rouse

Head of Global Mobility, Dentons Hong Kong LLP

Suzanne has lived and worked in Europe (UK), Australia and Hong Kong, leaving the UK shores 25 years ago. She moved into Global Mobility 10 years ago, working for companies in consulting engineering, banking and most recently law.
Suzanne has been an active member of the Global Mobility community, she was a founding member of the FEM chapter, arranging meeting and panel discussions with corporations, including the 'Big Four'.
