Aileng Chew

Immigration Manager - Singapore

Ai Leng has over 8 years of experience in immigration where she spent six years with a consultancy firm specializing in providing immigration advisory services for her portfolio of clients and guiding assignees and clients through a full immigration lifecycle. And later, worked in the in-house Global Mobility division of an MNC that provides IT services, where she handled immigration affairs for its foreign employees and providing solutions to business stakeholders pertaining to areas around immigration subjects. Prior to joining the Global Mobility industry, she has also worked in the travel industry and research field. She currently holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Mark Chong, GMS-T

Regional Commercial Leader, Immigration Asia

Mark having 13 years of immigration experience assisted numerous MNCs and Start-Ups to relocate talents into different jurisdictions. Having led the Immigration practice and Global Mobility teams in his previous roles, he brings with him vast experience in handling corporate immigration matters. Working through unique and difficult caseloads, he also provides advisory and consulting to strategically ensure clients plan and execute work permissions in the best possible manner for the best outcome.

Mark joined Santa Fe in 2020 and has plans to enhance the regions capabilities in immigration advisory and consulting.

Peter Graham

Group Director of Visa & Immigration Services

Now in his 31st year working in the field of Immigration, Peter’s career spans both government and private sector work. Peter spent 17 years at the UK Home Office working in both national and international immigration policy and strategy where he had the opportunity to work in every stage of the Immigration lifecycle.

Peter joined Santa Fe in March 2017 after having spent the previous 10 years leading IBM’s Global Border and Immigration business. A recognised thought leader and regular speaker on Border and Immigration matters, Peter included among his clients the World Economic Forum, Interpol, Department of Homeland Security, Australia Customs, the Irish Medicines Board and the UK Home Office.

John Rason

Group Head of Consulting

Recognised as a thought leader and speaker on strategic international HR, talent management and Global Mobility and author of Santa Fe Relocation’s award winning annual Global Mobility Survey. John works with global organisations to transform their Global Mobility programs; focusing on aligning strategic objectives with operational delivery. John has been an FCIPD for 20 years and holds an MA in Managing Human Resources.
