Santa Fe Relocation appoints Doug Slusher as Global Partner Relations Director

We are pleased to announce the full-time appointment of Doug Slusher as our Global Partner Relations Director, effective from January 4, 2021.

Doug has been promoted to Global Partner Relations Director, he has been with Santa Fe Relocation since 2008 and has 27 years of global mobility industry experience. His wealth of knowledge and relationships with our various partners globally are key towards further developing and rebuilding partner relations.

The new role based out of our Houston office, and in the same US time zone as our US partners will enable Santa Fe to re-focus and ensure that we work with a smaller number of quality partners in our supply chain. It will allow for greater effectiveness, reducing the administration and management time required to oversee our moving supply chain, while at the same time driving great reciprocation of dollar value and tonnage traded and ensuring quality outcomes for our customers with shipments to / from the USA.

Doug will be instrumental in ensuring we can manage quality with our US move supply chain in real time. Although based in the USA with a strong focus on our US partners, Doug will continue to have overall responsibility for all global agents/partners.

Please join me in congratulating Doug on his new role and wish him success as he drives further Partner engagement and assists the Santa Fe Group in improving customer experience in the role of Global Partner Relations Director. Doug will report directly to James Gooding, Managing Director, North Asia who also oversees our global Partner relations.
