Hema has been in Global Mobility for 15 years, 14 of which at a Big 4 firm, starting in expatriate tax and then moving into global immigration. Hema was instrumental in the global coordination of a range of large to medium accounts and then moved to manage the operations for the team, focusing on financial management, processes, technology development and onboarding new clients. Since joining Santa Fe Immigration, Hema has focused on immigration process improvement, data integrity and managed the development and delivery of an enhanced case management platform for the immigration service.
