Karla is our Global Immigration Counsel, previously our UK Head of Immigration. Her focus is the development of the Immigration department and leading the teams to ensure delivery quality standards and excellence whilst maintaining compliance. She has extensive and specialist knowledge in the field of Immigration where she has worked for over 15 years. She is also an expert in the areas of Senior Management, Advocacy, Legal Drafting, Casework and Caseworker Management.
