Bob has over 10 years’ experience in global mobility, having managed the programme for IBM with over 2500 assignments annually (inbound and outbound). Whilst working for Ernst & Young, a Big 4 firm, he managed the immigration global co-ordination of a large pharmaceutical company including their annual NGO programme. Also, he led the Nordic immigration practice headquartered in Stockholm and the European global immigration global coordination team. Since joining Santa Fe Relocation, he has headed the global immigration operations and delivery.
