Immigration update : Indonesia | Shorter quarantine for vaccinated international travellers
Indonesia has reduced the quarantine period for vaccinated international travellers entering the country.
Who are affected?
International travellers who want to enter Indonesia.
Impact
- International travellers are required to show negative results through the RT-PCR test in the country/region of origin with sample taken within a maximum duration of 2 x 24 hours before departure and attached during the health examination or attach it on the Indonesian eHAC system on the PeduliLindungi App.
- Shorten length of mandatory quarantine for international travellers:
• Quarantine for 7 x 24 hours for international travellers who have received the first dose of vaccine
• Quarantine for 5 x 24 hours for international travellers who have received the full dose of vaccine
Implementation
Effective from 1 February 2022 and would be evaluated periodically.
