John Rason

Recognised as a thought leader and speaker on strategic international HR, talent management and Global Mobility and author of Santa Fe Relocation’s award winning annual Global Mobility Survey. John now works with global organisations to transform their Global Mobility programs; focusing on aligning strategic objectives with operational delivery. John has been an FCIPD for 20 years and holds an MA in Managing Human Resources.

Peter Ferrigno

Group Director – Strategy and People, Santa Fe Relocation

As a highly experienced global mobility consulting practitioner, Peter has more than 25 years experience in the Big Four, establishing and building global mobility practices across Europe. Peter has worked as a senior advisor to many of the world’s largest companies, solving their most complex cross-border HR challenges. Since joining Santa Fe Relocation in 2017, Peter has worked directly with our largest clients to strategically align our service delivery with each client’s individual needs and mobility transformations.

Phil Renshaw

Founder and Director, Circulus

With a 20-year background in international banking, treasury and as a finance director, Phil is now an expert in the value of international assignments. His work as an executive coach and leadership development facilitator exposed him to Global Mobility where he developed a passion to understand why so much is invested here with so little knowledge as to its impact. He is a doctoral researcher at Cranfield University and a Henry Grunfeld Research Fellow at the London Institute of Banking & Finance. Phil can be contacted at phil.renshaw@cranfield.ac.uk. .

David Carmichael

Director, Global Mobility COE at CGI

David Carmichael is an experienced Global Mobility professional of many years standing having worked in the profession for over 25 years. David is the Director, Global Mobility at CGI , the Canadian HQ’d Information Technology and Consulting corporation. Prior to joining CGI, David worked as a service provider with two leading consulting firms and before that was based in the Sinai Desert, Egypt for five years as the Expatriate Manager for a multinational peace keeping organisation. In his spare time, David is a keen triathlete and cyclist.
